3D Renderings:-
We provide our clients with more realistic views of the end product with the use of industry standard rendering and post production softwares
Structural analysis and reaction report:-
We provide Structural Analysis & Design Basis Report which provides necessary data such as - Membrane stresses, Nodal reactions and moment reports, structural compression and tension forces along with safety factor by the use of the latest Non-Linear Analysis programs in compliance with design codes and the result output in a complied report format with the help of standard softwares
Steel General arrangement drawing:-
Once the structural analysis is approved, we proceed for its General Arrangement drawings which elaborates the overall arrangement of structural members in plan, elevation and sections, along with the pipe sizes for quantity estimations which support the procurement process.
Steel Fabrication drawing:-
Once the General Arrangement is approved from clients end, we then proceed into the preparation of structural steel fabrication drawig, which provides all the necessary information regarding the member connection, assembly and plates detail
Fabric form Finding, Patterning and Nesting:-
In this stage, after execution of steel structure and based on the survey report received of the same, we do form-finding of the membrane to meet the functional and aesthetic requirement and accordingly as per specification we do cutting patterning and nesting in an optimized manner to minimize the fabric wastages.
Fabric accessories designing & Quantity list:-
Based on the fabric designed, we provide the design drawing of the related hardware accessories such as corner plates, membrane edge pocket cable end terminal, lengths and flat bars which are needed to clamp and hold the fabric in required shape.
Coordination and support till site execution and handover :-
